“We didn’t get to do this tour and the tour provider didn’t respond to our messages. We were on the NCL Epic and the ship was diverted to do a humanitarian rescue of 63 persons on a disabled boat. We had to reroute to a different port and drop them off so we weren’t going to make it to Santorini. Passengers were not informed until 8:30am. I immediately sent a message to the tour operator to let them know. No response. An hour later I sent another message…no response.
